Terminal 1 Summer Cup rules

1. The competition
The Terminal 1 Summer Cup is a competition between student crews held at Terminal 1, Brussels Expo, during July and August 2026. Each crew (5 players max) takes part in the four experiences: Time Mission, EVA, The Sim Power and Supercube. Scores combine into a single ranking. The crew with the highest total wins the Cup.
2. Taking part
Registration is free and happens on this page. Participation is open to students and young people aged 16 to 25. Minors take part under the responsibility of a parent or guardian. Bookings are made with the unique crew code provided at registration, subject to venue availability.
3. Discounts and prizes
Each registered crew receives a unique 25% discount code, valid once on the booking of the four experiences, shown on screen and sent by email. The winning crew takes the Terminal 1 Cup, a feature on Terminal 1's social channels, and students of their school or university get 25% off during the summer, under the terms communicated by Terminal 1. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and have no cash value.
4. Content and reuse rights
Each crew commits to creating and publishing at least one piece of content (photo or video) from their visit on their own social channels. By taking part, the crew grants Terminal 1 and Brussels Expo the non-exclusive right to reshare and reuse that content on their channels, with credit to the crew. Without published content, the crew's entry can be invalidated.
5. Scores and ranking
Scores are recorded by each experience's official scoring systems and entered on the leaderboard by the Terminal 1 team. The organisation's decisions on scores and ranking are final.
6. Personal data
Data collected at registration (crew name, school, captain, email, phone, social handles) is used solely to run the Summer Cup and processed in line with Terminal 1's privacy policy. It is not shared with third parties.
